1 – What are my flight times?

Your final flight times will be emailed to you on your ticket. This will be sent to you via email to the address you used at the time of booking. We are awaiting final slot times from Kiev Airport. We should have all confirmed slot times by 22 May 2018.

2 – About My e-tickets

At the time of booking, a confirmation was generated for you to show the details of the flight you had bought. An e ticket for you will be sent at least three days prior to departure. Please keep an eye on your inbox. Depending on your settings, you may need to check your spam folder.

3 – Can I phone you up?

Please only call in the case of an emergency. Our staff are working incredibly hard to process all the bookings. Phone calls may delay this process.

4 – What happens next?

Once you have made your booking, we will need you to email the following passport details for each passenger to

Passport number,    Expiry date,    Date of birth,    Nationality.

Please note we cannot take these details over the phone, they MUST be submitted by email. Oh yes,please also remember to put your booking reference in the subject line.

5 – Do you have any accommodation in Kiev?

We are sorry but no.

6 – Do you have any flights left?

All aircraft are sold out apart from the newly added two-night flight only (added 16 May 2018.)

7 – Can I move flight to be with my friends/ family?

We are afraid not. We are unable to move you to an alternative flight under any circumstances.

8 – Can I change a name on my booking?

Yes you can for £100 per person name change fee. You must firstly send an email from the lead passenger clearly explaining who is to be changed to then please call us on 0151 424 7998 to make payment. Name changes will only be permitted up to 21 May by 15:00. After this time, no more changes will be allowed under any circumstances and your booking will be treated as 100% cancellation.

9 – Can I fly back with you if I didn’t fly out with you?

Sorry – all our packages are sold as return flights.

We strongly advise that you take travel insurance from the date you place your booking.
